About Us

Built on trust,
driven by craft.

Illicit Customs started with a simple belief: your vehicle should get the same attention you'd give your own. In a world of quick fixes and upsells, we chose the harder path — doing the work right, telling you the truth, and earning your repeat business one car at a time.

Located on Timber Ridge Road in Bluff City, we've become the shop locals recommend when they need something done properly. No shortcuts. No confusion. Just skilled mechanics who care about the difference a well-maintained vehicle makes in your daily life.

We're your neighbors. Your satisfaction and safety matter to us because we live here too.

Testimonials

What our customers say.

"Finally found a shop I can trust. They explained exactly what was wrong with my truck, showed me the worn parts, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Fair price, honest work."

— Local Customer, Bluff City

"My car was running rough and another shop couldn't figure it out. Illicit Customs diagnosed the issue in under an hour and had me back on the road the same day. Incredible work."
